REMOVAL FROM OFFICE

An Assumption Parish School Board member who signs, executes, causes, authorizes, or contributes in any manner to the borrowing of money in excess of one-half of the amount properly budgeted for current operation, or beyond the statutory limits and conditions may be fined and removed from office.
